Receive your items fast!! Most orders ship within one business day of receipt of payment (weekends & holidays excluded). Some orders ship the same day dependant on daily sales volume and the time of day your payment is received; however, personalized imprint order may take two to three additional business days to ship due to production time. It is our firm belief that once a product is paid for, it should be shipped as soon as possible. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately, provided with the expected shipping date and offered the option of canceling your order or awaiting the expected shipping date for that item.
We offer shipping insurance for all our products and strongly recommend purchasing insurance with your items. Although we take great pride in how well we package our items for shipping it is out of our control once it has left the building. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items damaged during shipping. We also reserve the right to substitute the shipping method you have selected for a faster or equivalently speedy delivery method at our discretion.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund less 15% restocking fee. In order to obtain your refund you must:
Prior to returning your purchase you must request and obtain a return authorization number from us. Your request must be sent via email to customerservice@bestdeals203.com within 48 hours of the initial receipt of your purchase.
Ship the item back to us in new/unused condition in the original packaging with all of originally sent accessories and/or documentation within 5 days of initially receiving your purchase.
We do not refund PayPal or Shipping Fees. We will however refund the shipping fees on any items that were shipped in error on our part.
